Software Licensing

This is an agreement between you, the end user, and ArtistScope. By using this software you are agreeing to become bound by the conditions as defined below:

Copyright

The technology, methods, logos, systems and documentation included in ArtistScope systems are the Copyrighted and Intellectual Property of ArtistScope. By downloading, using, evaluating or studying these components, you the user, acknowledge these fundamental facts, and agree that you will in not act in any way, to contravene, interfere, discredit, copy, redistribute or re-engineer any component of these systems.

Grant of license

ArtistScope as Licensor grants to you the Licensee a non-exclusive right to use the  software for unlimited use on registered web site as nominated in your application. Licensee agrees that they have evaluated the software from either the online demonstrations or downloaded evaluation version, read the documentation pertaining to its use, and agrees that this order cannot be cancelled or refunded once the program has been dispatched.

Your obligations

You agree to provide accurate and current information in the registration form. If you provide any information that is inaccurate or incomplete, ArtistScope may reasonably suspect that such information is fraudulent and has the right to refuse registration. 

Warranty

ArtistScope warrants that the software will function on the intended web. ArtistScope reserves the right to complete any installation on the intended web site if  functionality is disputed.

Limitation of liability

You expressly agree that ArtistScope and agents shall not be liable in any way whatsoever for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of our programs or services.
