Install Secure Image - Win 95, 98, NT, 2000, ME, XP

Instructions

• Save to a temporary folder on your hard drive.
• Double click the artis***.zip file to give you artis***.exe the installer.
• Double click the file artis***.exe to install and follow the prompts.
• The installer will add a start icon to your desktop.


Notes

• See the Readme.txt file in the download when unzipped.
• If you install to a location other than at C:/Artistscope you must correct the links of the start-up icons to point to the new location of the exe files. Failure to do so may still start the program but its output will give errors.

Install Secure Image - Mac OS 7.6 - X

Instructions

• After downloading, double-click ArtisPro.bin
• Follow the prompts until complete.

Notes

• Requires PowerPC and Mac OS 7.6.1 or later.
• See the Readme.txt file in the download when unzipped.
• To keep the download size to a minimum, the Mac Pro installer does not include any help files. Choose a link from above for either html or pdf.
• Only the Mac OS installer includes the latest Java VM. Mac OSX includes the VM by default.
• Making encryptions is memory intense. If you have any errors, quit all other applications and restart Pro. To perform batch encryption you will need at least 64 Mb ram.
• Pro uses a special module for importing files in batches. When you select to import a folder instead of a single image, it will sort the folder and import all jpg and gif images suitable for encryption. But there may be a delay before it loads (depends on your machine's ram).
• The installer is MacBinary encoded to automatically decode after downloading. If it does not, you can decode it using Stuffit Expander
