New Release: Menu Builder released as free software

Menu Builder released as free software for the Internet

Today Artistscope released Menu Builder on the Internet as free software.

Menu Builder can be used for navigation buttons or to display an image at any size. It was designed to overcome problems found with using JavaScripts for rollovers in page inserts. Menus need to be fast loading, retrievable from cache, and workable with page inserts.

From the publishing point of view such features need to be placed into pages efficiently. Menu Builder enjoys the same rollover functions as JavaScript, but in a simpler package that can be easily copied to your web pages.

To use the software in your directory, simply paste another Menu Builder to the page. There is no limit to how many can be used on a page or the variations possible. On the MouseOver command, the software will display background tiles, swap images, display text, play sounds and build clickable menus. Menu Builder is free for non-commercial use.

A free copy of Menu Builder can be downloaded from Artistscope. No registration is needed to use the applets on the Internet. The software can be freely distributed in its original form as downloaded from Artistscope and is available in both PC and Mac format.
